Apostrophe 2.2.0 released: "copy page" feature

The following changes appear in 2.2.0, including an important fix for sites that use per-page permissions:

  • Fixed a short-lived bug that prevented admins from removing permissions from pages.
  • “Copy Page” feature added to the page menu.
  • Automatically reposition the autocomplete dropdown for joins if it would collide with the bottom of the window.
  • Include page slugs in the autocomplete dropdown for joins with pages.
  • chooserChoiceBase.html restored; some projects were depending on extending it, which is a useful technique.

“Copy Page” is clearly a new feature, so this is a minor version bump. Backwards compatibility should be 100%.
